Terms Of Delivery


Ordering products

Ordering takes place directly from the online store via the shopping cart or by sending product information by e-mail info (at) tapettikauppa.net or by phone 040 5814 222. When ordering, you must provide your contact information, e-mail address and telephone number.

Payment for the order

After ordering the products, you can pay for your order immediately with Checkout’s payment service, which directs you to the banks’ payment button page. From there, you just select your online bank. You can also choose bank transfer to receive the information you need in your email for payment.

Advance payment / invoice

You can also order products with a pre-invoice. For pre-invoicing, place an order by e-mail info (at) tapettikauppa.net and at the same time provide your contact information. Based on these, we will prepare an invoice and send it to your e-mail. Check your order and confirm the invoice with a payment to Tapettikauppa.net’s account AKTIA FI9540550012397481. If you want to speed up the processing of your order, send a copy / screenshot of the payment to info (at) tapettikauppa.net.

Payment with bank buttons

The checkout payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. You have access to the payment buttons of all banks. Checkout is a secure payment method for you. Pursuant to the transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act, the service is entered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Checkout is a service maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6).

After selecting a payment method from the options offered by the merchant, the payment transaction will be transferred to the payment method system. After accepting the payment and returning to the online store, the payment will be immediately logged to the merchant. The payment is made to an account managed by Checkout Finland Oy, from where it is transferred to the merchant. Safe, easy and fast!

Delivery methods and fees

Orders are delivered via Posti / Matkahuolto.

The delivery fee always depends on the delivery method chosen by the subscriber and is added to the order. There is a choice of Postal Parcel to your local post office or home.

  1. Postal parcel / pick-up from Itella

Packaging and delivery costs of 11 euros are automatically added to the total amount of the order.

The postal package can be picked up according to the recipient’s address from Itella’s nearest office. If the recipient’s gsm number is in the order information, he will receive information about the retrievable order via SMS in advance. Otherwise, the arrival notice will be distributed with the post office.

Delivery methods and payments outside Finland

The price of delivery depends on the destination, the weight of the order and the quantities of the products. Ask for a delivery-specific price from our customer service info (at) tapettikauppa.net.

Delivery time

The products are mainly custom-made products, so the estimated delivery time is shown in the product presentation. We are always in touch with the customer if the delivery time differs from the stated one. The delivery time for wallpapers is 14 days. If you want to speed up the processing of your order, send a copy / screenshot of the payment to info (at) tapettikauppa.net.

Product prices

are presented in connection with the products and include 24% VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and in the invoice.

Right of return

The products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Returns must always be agreed in advance by contacting us by phone or e-mail info (at) tapettikauppa.net within 14 days of receiving the order, in which case you will receive more detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Photo wallpapers are personalized custom products for which we are unfortunately unable to grant a return policy.

Companies are granted a right of return at their discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged package

Check the package you received before opening it. If you notice that the shipment has been damaged during the trip, notify Itella or the relevant person immediately. to the carrier who reports the damage to the carrier. Do not redeem a damaged shipment. Contact our customer service info (at) tapettikauppa.net immediately.

Defective product or delivery

If the product or delivery is incorrect, please notify our customer service info (at) tapettikauppa.net within two days of receiving the product. You can return the product free of charge as a customer return through Itella. We will replace the defective product primarily with a new equivalent product. If this is not possible, we will refund the price of the product.


Save the roll labels until the job is ready for any additional orders or complaint situations. If errors are found in the wallpaper when opening the rolls or during the work, the work must be stopped immediately and contact info (at) tapettikauppa.net.

If the work is continued despite the problems, the quality of the product is accepted at the same time and cannot be complained about. The wallpaper is not invalid if the wallpaper is installed incorrectly; the wallpaper becomes bubbles, the seams remain open or the wallpaper comes off the wall.

We reserve the right to change prices and products.

If there is a clear human error in the price information of the online store, we reserve the right not to send the product at incorrect prices.

Customer information and privacy

The information requested in connection with the order will only be used for the delivery of the order. Customer information will not be passed on. Any outdated or incorrect information will be disposed of properly.
